A common question is whether the same account can be used on both mobile and desktop — and the answer is yes. sportradar supports multi-device access, so you can use your account on the mobile app and browser at the same time. For security, logging in from an unrecognized device may require additional verification.

Forgot your password? No need to worry. Click the "Forgot Password?" link and reset instructions will be sent to your registered mobile number or email. The code typically arrives within 1–2 minutes.

Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) to add an extra layer of security to your sportradar account. You can turn it on from Settings. With 2FA active, even someone who knows your password cannot log in without the OTP sent to your mobile.
