1General Terms & Conditions

By using sportradar.app ("Site", "we", "Platform"), you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. This is a legally binding agreement — please read it carefully before using the site.

Sportradar operates under an international gaming license. These terms may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be notified via your registered email or through the platform.

• These terms apply to all sportradar products and services.
• Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the latest terms and conditions.
• In the event of any linguistic discrepancy, the English version shall prevail.

2Account Registration & Verification

To register on sportradar, you must provide accurate and truthful information. Creating an account with false or someone else's details is strictly prohibited.

• During registration, you must provide your real name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address.
• Only one account can be created per mobile number or email address.
• Withdrawals will be restricted until KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is completed.
• Identity must be verified using a National ID (NID) or passport.
• Sportradar may request additional verification documents at any time.

Keeping your account secure is your own responsibility. Keep your password private and never share your account access with anyone else.

3Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all betting on sportradar, covering Sports Betting, live betting, and casino games equally.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. However, if the cashout feature is available, partial cashout may be possible under specific conditions.
• Odds changing before a match starts is normal. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the ones that apply.
• Sportradar reserves the right to void or review any bets that show suspicious or unusual betting patterns.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, stakes are refunded in most cases. Sport-specific rules are listed under the relevant section.
• Any bets linked to match-fixing or other illegal activity will be declared void.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by event — please check the limits before placing your bet.

4Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

Sportradar supports all major payment methods in Bangladesh. Certain important conditions apply to financial transactions.

Deposit Conditions:

• You must use a payment method registered in your own name for deposits.
• The minimum deposit amount varies by payment method (generally ৳200 to ৳500).
• If a deposit fails due to an error on sportradar's end, the funds will be returned within 24 hours.

Withdrawal Conditions:

• KYC verification is required for withdrawals.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your own name.
• Transferring funds to third-party accounts is strictly prohibited.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Daily withdrawal limits vary depending on your account tier.
• In cases of suspected suspicious activity, withdrawals may be put on hold pending further verification.

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

Sportradar regularly offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms, clearly stated on the offer page. General bonus policy is outlined below:

• Every bonus has a wagering requirement — withdrawals are only permitted after the bonus amount has been bet a specified number of times.
• Bonuses must generally be used within a specified period. Once expired, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Collecting bonuses through multiple accounts or referral abuse is considered fraud.
• Sportradar reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Bets are deducted from your bonus balance first, then from your real balance.
• Each bonus offer can only be claimed once per user.

6Security & Privacy

7Responsible Gaming

Sportradar believes betting should be a form of entertainment, not a source of addiction. We actively promote responsible gaming and give users the tools to stay in control.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Betting Limits: Set a maximum bet amount for a given time period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break ranging from 24 hours up to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Take a complete break from the platform for a set period of time.

8Account Closure, Disputes & Appeals

Both sportradar and the user may request account closure. A fair process is followed for any disputes that arise.

Sportradar may close an account if:

• Evidence of registration using false information has been found.
• Multiple accounts are being operated.
• Evidence of bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is found.
• Suspected money laundering or any other illegal activity.

Dispute Resolution Process:

• All disputes must first be reported to sportradar support.
• The support team will provide an initial response within 48 hours.
• Complex cases will be fully investigated and resolved within 7 business days.
• If you are not satisfied with sportradar's decision, you may appeal to the relevant licensing authority.
