  • Account Information: Up to 5 years after account closure (legal obligation).
  • Transaction Records: Up to 7 years (financial regulatory requirements).
  • KYC Documents: Up to 5 years after account closure.
  • Login Log: Up to 36 months.
  • Support Chat: Up to 24 months.
  • Cookies Data: At the end of your session or after a maximum of 12 months.

Once the designated retention period ends, data is securely deleted or anonymized.

  • Gold VIP: Daily maximum ৳20 lakh
  • Platinum: Daily maximum ৳50 lakh

Withdrawals will be limited until KYC verification is complete. Once verified, your full withdrawal limit is restored. First-time withdrawals may occasionally take up to 24 hours due to additional verification.
